ClientWorks is a single, integrated workstation to service all of your accounts with the flexibility to integrate best-in-class third-party tools. It’s your go-to spot, where you’ll carry out your day’s tasks from a single sign-on platform.

You’ll be able to navigate quickly and easily from one tool to another to place trades, open new client accounts, move money, pull client reports, and more.

Within this platform, ClientWorks Connected allows you to integrate third-party tools so you have seamless access to your choice of customer relationship management, proposal generation, client-based goals, and performance reporting.

  • ClientWorks CRM: All ClientWorks users have access to its easy-to-use CRM system, powered by Microsoft Dynamics. It’s ideal if you and your staff are just getting started with a CRM strategy.
  • Third-party CRMs: Redtail and Salesforce are available to you at a discounted monthly fee. Data can be shared between these third-party systems and ClientWorks.

Client Reporting is a fully integrated, performance reporting and portfolio analytics tool. It allows you to create compliance-approved performance reports, which can be tailored to client groups, households, or other custom groups. From pre-defined templates to fully customizable reports, the Client Reporting tool allows you to make your own selections about what you want to see and how your clients’ information is organized.

Enhanced Trading & Rebalancing provides a variety of tools to trade advisory accounts. This tool can save you valuable time when trading and making portfolio changes, allowing you to simultaneously trade across multiple securities and accounts.

Enhanced Trading features block-trading capabilities, permitting average pricing on equities and exchange-traded funds. It also has the ability to enter various order types, such as trailing stops and stop-limits, to help protect market gains while managing downside risk.
